Comfortable and good location

Pros: Great location, easy parking and right in the centre of town. Ski bus located right outside the hotel. The owner was a lovely helpful lady. There was a big balcony in the room.

Will certainly return again next year

Pros: Excellent Hotel the Staff were fantastic and we got upgraded to a brand new room overlooking the lake.

Cons: nothing keep up the good work!!

Great location, friendly staff

Pros: Close to the main train station. Groceries nearby. Nice terrace. Friendly staff. Good breakfast.

Cons: Our minibar was broken (it was replaced quickly). One more towel (for hands) would be useful.

Top location and worm and cozy place to stay

Pros: The owner waited for us at the entrance of the hotel and give us a warm welcome and provide us with parking . The checkin was very fast and the owner explained to us all key details about the accomodation. Later we went to the room which was exactly as described- warm and cozy. Breakfast was very tasty and with a lot pf options to choose. Overall is a nice hotel with non beatable location. For sure we will return here. Thanks !

Planning to return, so obviously an excellent place to visit!

Pros: great. location very near to the entrance to the ‘old town’ pedestrian area. everything within walking distance. Hotel provided a transit card for all modes of transit, also including chair lifts and museums, so a car was not necessary. breakfast included, as was parking and wifi. so no complaints.

Cons: Would like fewer tourists, most of whom were very athletic. The town was awash with hikers, bicyclists and spandex, so good, if crowded, people watching. Also lots of dogs, all sizes. Amazing how loud a dachshund bark can be!

Nice Place

Pros: Good location and friendly owners. The breakfast was very good with attentive staff. Room was clean and had a nice balcony to sit at. Overall, a good experience.

Cons: The listing says free wifi, but the wifi signal was too weak in our room to load a web page unless you stood by the door (an end room). Most people aren't traveling here to be on the wifi, but we were trying to plan a few things at night for the next day and we couldn't. Not a big deal, but something to be aware of if you're planning on working remotely while staying here.
