Pros: Clean, amazing central position, nice cool restaurant and bar, friendly staff.

Cons: 1. The van service to the gondola could be more frequent at least early in the morning. However, the one they have does work well, one just has to always remember to book the day before for a specific time. 2. They could be a bit quicker with orders at breakfast ( omelet, eggs , stuff like that z). But staff is polite & apologised. 3. It's a bit pricey ( ~ 400 EUR a night for a triple standard clean room with breakfast) but is pricey everywhere during high season in the region.

Great place for a lovely break

Pros: The hotel is located in the centre of Brunico so it's really easy to visit every part of the city. They have their own parking so you don't have to think about it. Receptionist are very welcoming and clear about all the service in the hotel. Also the restaurant is really fancy, very good dishes and the service was excellent. I don't know the name of the girl who served us but she was very professional and available to explain anything about the menu. The room is pretty clean and comfortable, you can find anything you need for your staying.

Cons: Just some advice: in the restaurant as guest of the hotel you have 10% discount BUT you have to say to the waiter because, of course, they have no idea who you are. So, my personal opinion, it would be good if you create a carnet or voucher for the restaurant (same as you have for the welcome drink) so that will be easier for everybody to take advantage of the discount. Then, it isn't a complain, the music from the bar is a bit louder so if have a room close to the bar take earplugs with you or look for it.

Brilliant hotel. Great sized rooms, with a memorable breakfast. Location VERY central - superb.

Pros: Overall GREAT. Excellent size of the rooms, and the breakfast was sensational, with an excellent variety on offer. The outside bar area was perfect - with very good service, and there was a lowkey Ibiza vibe. Location was great as it just took a few minutes walk from the bus station.

Cons: Just the weird door locking mechanism !! Pressing a button in the door handle - it is not at all intuitive given the key is an electronic card.

Pros: We did go there for leisure trip, the town square is like 2 mins walking from the hotel, plus lago di bries is just 40 mins away from it, we felt it was perfect location.

Pros: breakfast was good but no options for hot food, coffee was excelent

Pros: We spent few days at the hotel and we experienced a lovely atmosphere: the staff were gentle and always at disposal, the guide who accompanied us to the Braies lake joyful and the location clean and superb. 100% recommend!

Beautiful but noisy

Pros: Their breakfast was amazing! They provided us with gluten-free bread which was delicious. They had very good coffee and a wide selection of food. The hotel itself is beautiful and staff very helpful. It is located in the very city centre.

Cons: If you're a light sleeper, this is not the hotel for you. It's right in the city centre, so you hear people from the pub across the street almost half the night. When the pub closes, you still hear cars passing by, because the windows are not very well isolated. And if you're unlucky like us, you hear your neighbours snoring the whole night. When we finally managed to get some sleep in the morning, another neighbour switched on their TV and we could hear their programme almost as if they were in our room. Another disadvantage is that they charge you extra for parking in their garage. Also the beds could have been more comfortable, but they weren't bad.

Pros: Central position in city center, clean an spacious rooms.

Would recommend.

Pros: The Cosmo restaurant and bar are great. A real local hub and good buzz. Food in the restaurant was fabulous. Best location for central Brunico.

Cons: Hard pillows

Pros: Very friendly staff in the centre of Bruneck. Comfy bed and nice spa area (accessible free of charge).
