The best hotel in Italy!

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Blitzburg and would happily come back. The reception staff were friendly and helpful from the start. Breakfast was included and delicious, and the added perks like the travel card and discounted ski hire tickets made everything really easy. We also had dinner at the hotel, which was very well priced and genuinely tasty. Our room was very spacious with a great bathroom, perfect for relaxing after a day out. The location was excellent too, just a short 2-minute walk from the train station. What really stood out was the driver service to and from the ski slopes — incredibly convenient and such a nice touch. We also loved the sauna and relaxation area, which was ideal for unwinding in the afternoons. Overall, a great hotel with excellent service, comfort, and thoughtful extras. Highly recommended.

Pros: A very large standard hotel room with a private balcony. The hotel was very popular with a good few people stayimg here. The restaurant and bar was also a popular venue to eat in. It also had plenty of parking. It appeared to be family run so very initimate with wanting to please. We felt very comfortable here and only steps away from the old town.The room was very clean and had a large bright bathroom. The beds were comfortable. We would highly recommend this hotel if staying in this area.

An excellent stay near Braies Lake at Dolomites!

Pros: Location very close to city center, few steps away, a supermarket across the street( which is very convenient), restaurant on site with excellent food. The room was spacious, so was the bathroom, the room is well lit, comfy bed. When you arrive by car you can think that it was not what it seems when you are booking. But make no mistake, the hotel is very good, I would say it’s excellent!

Cons: There is absolutely nothing to complain.

Pleasurable and housefeeling

Pros: Everything about Hotel Plitzburg was truly heartwarming — from check-in to departure. The warm and friendly welcome made us feel immediately at home. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful throughout our stay, creating a comforting, almost familiar atmosphere. It genuinely felt like returning to a place we already loved. The on-site restaurant was also a highlight — the steaks were absolutely delicious and perfectly prepared. Overall, an outstanding experience. A solid 10/10.

Pros: Car park in back, good breakfast spread , good size room. Supermarket over road., close to old town .

Cons: My room was on first floor and could hear cleaning etc downstairs well before 7

Lovely stay!

Pros: Lovely breakfast! Fantastic room and bathroom, super clean, we loved this! Perfect underground parking place for our car which was very convenient. Super friendly staff. Pretty sure we will come back.
