Family run excellence

Pros: Highly recommend Hotel Plunger. We had an amazing stay. Our room was spacious, silent and had everything we needed. Swimming pool and Spa facilities are just perfect. Both breakfast and dinner are excellent and staff is kind and always helpful.

Schitterend hotel in een mooie omgeving !

Pros: Zalig hotel, zeer proper, zeer lekker eten ! Zeer rustig gelegen, midden in de mooie weides rondom het hotel, schitterende uitzichten in prachtige regio. Vlakbij de Seiser Alm, prachtige natuur ! Kortom, aanrader !

Cons: De bediening was voor niet Duitstaligen of Italianen minder. Altijd correct zonder meer !

I’ve been to Europe 15 times and stayed in numerous mid level hotels. This is definitely top 5

Pros: Where do I begin? Ingrid was attentive and warm. The view from our room was amazing. Housekeeping cleaned our room promptly while we had breakfast. As for breakfast it was great. The pool and spa were as immaculate. The hotel has 5 star amenities and service for 3 star price. It’s 10 min to Alpe di Suisi shuttle and 40 min downhill hike to Castelrotto. In fact a great loop trip if your up to it is to hike down to Castelrotto, bus to Ortisei, cable car up to Alpe di Suisi, hike to Compatsch and bus to entrance and 10 min walk back to hotel.

Cons: Not the properties fault but I’m from California and I’m not used to smokers. We had a chain smoker next door and we had to time it when we can open the balcony door.

Pros: Alles. Schön finde ich auch, das es sich nicht wie ein Hotelbetrieb anfühlt, sondern eher wie ein zweites zu Hause. Wir haben uns sehr wohl und vor allem sehr willkommen gefühlt.
