Restful Easter experience

Pros: Nice vacation over Easter weekend with perfect food and nice surrounding for hiking and biking! The location in Steinegg is 15min to Bozen, which was quite convenient to take the free bus for a short city experience. Especially our dinner at Astra was perfect!

Exceptional place to stay.

Pros: Meals were excellent. Location with the view from our room perfect.

Cons: Everything great about this hotel. HOWEVER the staff offered to do our laundry. The laundry was returned to us having been done in extremely hot water. Over $500.00 worth or clothing was ruined. Shrunken and dye had run. These were our travel clothes so had been washed many times at 40 degrees at lavaries automatic, with no damage. We sent an email while we were away but unfortunately my phone could not attach the photos. We intended to send them when we arrived home. We received no response to our email, so assumed a follow up would be useless.

Pros: The location is very beautiful on top of the mountains, the staff is amazingly kind, the food is to die for, there was free secured parking available at the property which was very convenient for us - we had our dedicated parking lot which we used for the entire stay. The breakfast is very nice and diverse, I fully recommend this family small hotel and would definitely come back.

Cons: The bathroom could be improved a little bit - it looks a little old style.

This is such a personal special place. Everything is done by the team and it is delightful

Pros: This is the most charming hotel. It is really personal and everything is done with such love and care. The team are all really personally involved and that is reflected in the great service and experience

A 3 night stay to recharge

Pros: Full guest experience is great. Friendly people and willing to help. Room was OK and tranquilly. Facilities with pool service is a very nice experience. No reason to eat out as restaurant offers a changing menu. Prices are OK. Atmosphere is very good and friendly.

Cons: Parking is very tight. Please check first if your car fits and if you can turn around. Overpriced considering everything. Room was about 230 per night breakfast including. I guess you pay about 50% for the view.

very relaxing stay

Pros: Wonderful breakfast, superb omelette, coffee, fruit everything. Very friendly staff took perfect care. Don't make our mistake, book with dinner included. This must not be missed. You want to come here not because of the view from your room but rather because of the dinner and the view from the restaurant terasse.

Cons: Some of the expectations raised (Mountain View) were not kept, but the entire setting overcompensated that.
