Pros: Beautiful property, clean, great staff with a wonderful Spa and sauna. The room was bright, clean and the property overall is very well looked after. The breakfast is also fantastic. We will definitely stay again.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at Chalet Aster in Moena. The location is lovely, breakfast was excellent with a very polite and attentive server, and the highlight was the exceptional cleanliness of the room — hats off to the cleaning staff for their outstanding work. Overall, a very pleasant and comfortable experience

Pros: I absolutely loved this hotel. Everything was just right. The room was spacious, with a gorgeous mountain view—exactly what you hope for when staying in the Dolomites. The whole place smells amazing, like a relaxing spa everywhere you go. Beds were comfortable, bathroom was big, and proper toiletries were provided, not just those random wall dispensers. Breakfast was honestly a dream. A very thoughtful selection of everything—cold cuts, pies, eggs, and an insane variety of pastries and cakes. There’s also a really nice man who greets you and makes your coffee in the morning—such a lovely touch. They also give you 10% off QC Terme, which is a great bonus. If I’m ever back in that area—I’m 100% staying here again. parking is spacious, never was an issue to park car

Cons: Would’ve been great to have plugs next to the bed—had to charge devices near the TV or in the bathroom, which wasn’t ideal. Also a bit strange that they charge €10/hour for the spa, which only has a sauna and steam room. Most hotels in this price range include that. And charging extra for fried eggs at breakfast felt unnecessary.

Pros: Our stay was exceptional – we truly appreciated the cleanliness and spaciousness of the accommodations. Everything was spotless and well-maintained. The breakfast was superb, with more than enough variety and quantity. Convenient car parking was available as well. We also enjoyed spending the evening in town, which offered plenty of great dining options. On the last day of our stay, we booked a visit to the spa – the perfect finishing touch to our wonderful experience in the Dolomites. Thank you – we’ll definitely be back!

Pros: Beautiful hotel. Everything is new inside and very clean. They probably renovated it recently. The rooms are spacious and large. Comfortable bed. Everything is comfortable in the room. There are plenty of hangers. The meals are satisfying. Plenty of parking. The reception staff is smiling and helpful. The cleaners do an exemplary job.

Lovely hotel.

Pros: Everything was lovely. We found the bed comfy, the bathroom was great. The breakfast was really good, lots of options and and the staff were very accommodating

Cons: My only complaint was that my wife and i where woken up by cleaning staff who had a service room next door at around 7.30am chatting with the patio door open. We had to sleep with the window ajar because it was a little bit warm in the room.

Pros: Amazing hotel and a great find. From the lovley welcome, to good local ski knowledge from Mattheus and a fantatsic breakfast, with a great selection, including fresh fruit, yoghurt, pastries, cold meats and cheese and eggs and bacon. Also great coffee and lovely staff to serve us. Gluten free options available. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Highly recommended
