really really good stay...just perfect

Pros: Breakfast was 1st class. The staff and family members were exceptional; very friendly. We booked on the guidance of others especially the food; the chef was brilliant and we loved the food, especially my birthday cake

Cons: The spa facilities were a dated but that didn't matter to is as we were not interested in treatments etc

Pleasant stay

Pros: Very nice hotel and room, clean and spacious. Beautiful spa area. Staff helpful and kind. Food very tasty) Big parking spot and place for bikes. Everything is close by. Easy to go on trips - especialy cyclo route along the river to Pederu was stunning)

Cons: Matress was too hard. Our room 104 was above the restaurant so it was noisy untill 22:00 and from early morning. No vegetables for breakfast.

Pros: Nice hotel close to lifts. Pet friendly. Welcome drink & fresh juice availble :)

Cons: Nothing. Though, I see room for improvement with breakfast - vegetables are upon request only, no eggs ready to go. How big deal is to have in Italy scrambled eggs, or boiled eggs ready & available? :)

Great experience would be the concise description of our week at Sonnenhof.

Pros: This is the third year in the row that we return to this hotel. The main reason is that we feel treated as part of the family and everything else is simply great. The food is exquisite, the rooms are clean and spacious, the location is perfect, just few steps from the lifts and city center.

Cons: I do not find any thing that I did not like.

This hotel was charming, comfortable and spacious.

Pros: The hotel is beautiful and we were welcomed with a glass of chilled prosecco. The staff were very professional and helpful and all our food was delicious and beautiful presented (we are vegetarians). Great wellness area, very comfortable atmosphere.

Cons: I can’t think of anything.

Fabulous hotel, spectacular service.

Pros: One of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful and the staff is even better. I could not have treated better. Also, the breakfast spread was spectacular: more variety than you can imagine and all of it delicious.
