Personified Perfection!

Pros: Everything! Absolutely amazing my family and I felt like Royalty! Nothing was too much for them to make our holiday enjoyable and special. Simply breathtaking panoramic views in comfort!

Pros: You are up for a treat in this incredible hotel. Great location ski to door, amazing food and cocktails, attentive and polite staff, every step of the way was very well thought of.. from the moment you wake up till the time you go to sleep. 100% recommended!!

Cons: The hairdryer could be better quality. Also it should be mandatory to cover your private parts with a towel in the spa area, It's a cultural shock to see naked men in the sauna all the time (mostly men were fully naked).

Stunning setting, exceptional clean, brilliant staff

Pros: Stunning setting but the super attentive staff and quality food and cocktails made our stay extra special and of course the adult only infinity pool made it a trip to remember, just wish we could have stayed longer! Thank you

Pros: Everything was excellent: kind and efficient staff, great food, great spa, wonderful location

Cons: The outdoor pool was not warm enough. The room -however well kept- was dated (i.e. no soft-close hinge in the wardrobe's doors, not led light inside, bathroom outdated)
