Pros: Amazing hotel with excellent service. Room was worm, big and comfortable. Spa was great and food was excellent - kudos to the chef! Location is central and very close to the ski gondolas.

Cons: Maybe one thing to mention, would be nice that coffee machine is available in the room.

Our stay was comfortable, relaxing, and exceeded expectations in many ways.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay! The breakfast and dinner were excellent, with a wide variety of food options to choose from. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Our room was large, modern, and very clean – we especially liked the wooden finishes, which added a cozy touch. Parking was easy, with enough space for cars and motorcycles, and the two EV charging points were a big plus (80 cents per kWh). We also really appreciated being able to check in around 10 AM after a long night drive. Highly recommend this place for a comfortable and pleasant stay!

Cons: While the hotel had some good qualities, there were a few things that didn’t sit well with me. Dogs are allowed, which I understand, but some guests had very large dogs indoors, and I found that unhygienic in shared spaces. Also, it was disappointing that there were no true lactose-free alternatives available at breakfast. Lastly, the EV charging stations, while convenient, were a bit pricey at 80 cents per kWh. Overall, not a bad stay, but these issues did affect the experience.

Unforgettable, like from a fairy tale.

Pros: The food in the restaurant was extraordinary, and I truly recommend it to everyone who wants to taste the best dishes in the region. In the hotel, you can feel the family vibe; everyone is super friendly.

Cons: The gaming room is not allowed for kids. Only the swimming pool is a place where the younger kids can play in the afternoon. There was also a lack of water to drink or a kettle in the room. Maybe there could be an open place in the hotel for everyone to make themselves a cup of tea.
