Excellent

Pros: Great location opposite the ski lifts and slopes. Good breakfast, small but nice pool and a nice sauna and spa too! Lovely staff- really welcoming - a huge thanks to everyone from Maria and Paul at the front desk to Alessandro at the bar!!

Pros: Very nice hotel. Good facilities. Excellent staff. Very attentive, and genuinely caring. Personal touch on numerous fronts.

Cons: Small item: No kettle in room - missed that last week cup of tea at bedtime.

Cons: Bed is not comfortable as expected and the single room - the only available when I booked - is pretty small, especially compared to other multi host (just >1). Afternoon snack could be better...richer as I had in pretty close properties nearby.

La perfetta vacanza in montagna

Pros: La posizione, la cordialità dello staff, i servizi spa e “merenda” ottimi per rilassarsi dopo la giornata sciistica, la cena con ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Cons: È una grossa struttura e quindi, benché la gestione sia stata impeccabile, abbiamo trovato una paio di grandi gruppi familiari molto chiassosi che hanno un po’ rovinato il godimento della spa e delle cene.
