Radisson Residences Savoia Palace stay was lovely - shame about the spa at the main 5* hotel!

Pros: The check in process was great, very helpful team - especially helpful that we could leave the car outside with the valet (driving around Cortina looking for parking would have been hard!). Our room was more like a suite - very comfortable and with everything we needed. Hotel location was perfect.

Great staff, helpful and thoughtful great to have the kitchenette to make some meals.

Pros: Clean property staff extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast at the Savoy worth every cent. High quality ingredients and lovely seasonal fruits. House keeping were exceptional their cleanliness was exceptional.

Cons: Beds on the harder side we all struggled with the firm mattress.

Comfortable but expensive.

Pros: I liked the staff, and location. The hotel is cosy and rooms are big enough. They have all appliances and cutleries. Ski room is great and easy to approach.

Cons: Knowing thate we are speaking abou Cortina I have to say that hotel is price one. Ther are two buildings under one hotel. Radisson Residence and Grand hotel Savoy. If you opted for Radisson Residence your breakfast, pool, gym, spa, lounge and restaurant are across the street.

Very friendly staff, willing to help out with dinner bookings and daily activities

Pros: Close proximity to town. Overlooked the mountains. Staff were excellent, everything we needed was there. Had the charm of the alpine theme.

Cons: Charging for parking. Spa, gym and pool were across road and were additional daily charge.

Pros: The front desk staff were outstanding 👏. The suites were spacious and well appointed. Paid access to the facilities at the hotel across the road was a bonus, and we thoroughly enjoyed the pool and spa.

Cons: Nothing much. Maybe the rooms could have better lighting as our room was quite dark.

Back again

Pros: This was our return from five days hiking. Please read my review for 18th August. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff. Will stay here again if I get back to the Dolomites

Fantastic starting point for hiking in the Dolomites.

Pros: The woman at the front desk was amazing. Nothing was too difficult for her. We were shown to our room and we were able to leave luggage while we went hiking for several days. We stayed at the Radisson again on our return from hiking and we were recognised when we arrived and our left luggage was already in our room. The room was a single bedroom apartment and was very comfortable for four adults having a sofa bed in the living area. The unit had everything you needed to prepare your own meals. Location is very close to a well stocked supermarket just on the edge of the centre of town.

Cons: Not a problem at all - but the second room we stayed in on our return had a better layout than the one we first stayed in, although they were both the same one bedroom units. Somehow it seemed to have more space.

Pros: The rooms were spacious and had a lot of amenities. Bed was wide and comfortable . Good spread of breakfast and the staff was at there were efficient
