Great hotel, amazing pool

Pros: The room and the hotel itself were great, but the real eye catcher is of course the heated outside pool with a mountain view. Really spectacular in the early morning!

Excellent location, super clean, best staff!

Pros: We arrived after midnight - although reception had closed, the check in was smooth. The rooms were spotless and comfortable and the staff go above and beyond to ensure you enjoy your stay. The hotel has a cosy, lodge style feeling you could easily spend all day enjoying the lovely food and views. We requested a late checkout and it was no trouble - 20 euros per person and there was no set time limit to when we could leave. Seceda cable cars and Alpe de Suisi are close by.

Cons: There could be more mirrors in the room! Our room did not have a mirror on the dressing table nor a full length one so it was a little hard getting ready if the bathroom is in use. Also, we booked 2 rooms for the same price - our room was much smaller than the other room. The room we stayed in had a glass door to the bathroom so if you’re not a couple their can be a slight privacy issue when using the bathroom.

Pros: Very clean , nice location 5M walking to castelrotto center, helpful and kind staff , I had an amazing view from my room balcony , car garage was available

Loved our stay

Pros: Our reasoning were hiking and spa, which was perfect for both. Very kind, friendly host and staff. Room service every day and very good. Very good location for our purpose

Cons: Finnish or hot sauna could have been bigger like Alpen Sauna 😅 Steam Sauna wasn’t warm enough Otherwise everything was perfect

Pros: Во-первых Я безумно хотел бы вернуться сюда. Просто невероятное ощущение находиться в открытом бассейне с подогревом среди Альп. Мы даже отменили qc термо по той причине что не было смысла ехать так как в этом отели было всё Вау. Хорошие номера довольно продуманные что мне очень понравилось есть чайник сейф Дают халаты тапочки мы брали полупансион очень вкусная еда просто потрясающе вкусная еда. Есть подземная стоянка платная при выезде получили баночку ихнего джема что было очень приятно. В окрестностях отеля в 15 минутах езды на машине есть различные замки и старинные города которые рекомендуются посетить тоже.

Sehr, sehr schöner Urlaub im Alpenflora

Pros: Die Lage des Hotels mit Blick zum Schlern ist perfekt. Der Aussenpool mit Schlernblick und am Abend mit Sternenhimmel ist traumhaft. Das Frühstück und auch die Zwischenmahlzeit ab 15:00 Uhr waren sehr gut und vielfältig, das 5-Gang Abendmenue und die große Auswahl an Gerichten waren super. Das Abendessen einschließlich Nachspeisen waren überdurchschnittlich gut. Das Essen wird am Tisch serviert. Das Hotel ist familiengeführt.

Cons: Da fällt mir nichts ein.

Soggiorno davvero molto piacevole!

Pros: Stile montano contemporaneo con echi più classici e un’atmosfera familiare accolgono gli ospiti di questo Hotel ai piedi del grande comprensorio dell’Alpe di Siusi, un luogo adatto per trascorrere qualche giorno in tranquillità o per una settimana bianca dedicata allo sport. Camera spaziosa ben arredata con un ampio terrazzo con vista sugli alpeggi e sulle montagne, ottimo cibo e servizio impeccabile. Siamo stati molto bene!

Struttura accogliente con buon rapporto qualità prezzo
