Pros: We had a wonderful stay. All the staff are very kind and helpful. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are amazing. Very good breakfast. We had dinner in the restaurant too. I will recommend this hotel. We will be back for sure.

Last minute booking for a night and wished they would have had availability for us to extend. All other guests Italians.

Pros: Views incredible. Very spacious and well equipped room with balconies facing the best view down The Valley. Nice pool and restaurant in the property. The owner is a very efficient and friendly lady who made us incredibly welcome.

Cons: Nothing.

Great value for money for Dolomites skiing

Pros: Nice and cozy hotel with decent location. Skibus station was right under the hotel but we used a car to go to Kronplatz Miara lift (5 min) and to Alta Badia (30 min). Staff was friendly and amazing.

Cons: If I had to nitpick - pillows were not to our liking.

loved the view, cosy warm room and my wife loved the heated floor in the bathroom...lovely staff

Pros: nice breakfast, great facilities, simple bus or car trip to main lift. short drive also to Corvara to do the Sellaronda. lovely cozy room, nice view, lovely heated bathroom floor, great shower, nice to have a balcony

Cons: overall is was great - may a couple of extra pillows would have been nice. you have to be naked to use the steam room and sauna so not great for the more modest of us - so be aware!

Very pleasant place with minor issues that can be easily fixed.

Pros: Staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms and amenities were at high level comparing to cost of stay. There was plenty of parking space.

Cons: Free internet was available but it was barely working. Sufficient for e-mails but forget about video calls. Youtube videos were lagging even when set to low video quality. Some house policies were too stiff. Breakfast opening time and SPA closing time are enforced within seconds. It was impossible to get the additional towel for the pool so we had to do with only 1 towel per person for room showers and for the pool. Highly inconvenient for no good reason, we would be happy to pay extra for additional towels.

Excellent and very pleasant

Pros: Beautiful location, peaceful and quiet, excellent room, nice breakfast, beautiful pool. We reccomend this and will stay here again.

Cons: Unconvenient opning hours of relax area and pool, the opening hours should be available in writing to inform the guest properly. Unconvenient and strict rules for use of joint facilities. still a very nice place to stay.

Cons: The photos did not match the room. Photos showed a modernly renovated room, and the room we were placed in was old and not renovated.
