great value for money, very attentive and friendly staff, we will be back

Pros: very friendly staff, amazing spa and pool, great breakfast, lots of activities

Cons: some rooms are nicer than the others, a little but crowded in common areas when the hotel is fully booked

Pros: Staff were friendly and helpful. Daily dinner menus were interesting and tasty. Plenty of activities available daily for a nominal fee, options that are age appropriate for kids and adults. Childcare facilities for the young ones were super useful while we went skiing. The caregivers even brought them along for forest walks or to the playground The attention to detail was very appreciated. Right sized bath robes for kids were already in the room when we arrived. When our kids asked for specific cutlery during dinner, the restaurant staff placed them at the table the next night without prompting. We felt completely at home at Bad Ratzes.

A relaxing stay for the senses for the entire family

Pros: It’s set a the end of the valley surrounded by magnificent peaks. It’s modern, yet traditional. The spa is very beautiful, especially the outdoor pool and sauna. There are plenty of rooms also for the children to play, independently of their age.

A wonderful experience

Pros: An amazing family resort. Charming buildings in a beautiful location. The facilities were lovely, including fantastic facilities for the kids. The room was spacious, clean and really lovely. The food is outstanding.

Cons: Purely just the very firm mattress.

Stupendo sia in estate che in inverno.

Pros: La posizione è eccezionale per una esperienza davvero rilassante, incastonata nel bosco la struttura offre paesaggi mozzafiato oltre che la comodità di prendere diversi sentieri per passeggiate bellissime. Inoltre, oltre ai servizi che sono davvero molto, quello che mi è piaciuto davvero tanto è la cucina. Abbiamo mangiato dei piatti praticamente eccezionali. Bravi.

La vacanza ideale

Pros: Posto magico, curatissimo ma di naturale eleganza. Camere rinnovate nonostante la storicità della struttura. Cucina innovativa con note di tradizione, come da ristorante stellato. Nuova spa con piscina interna ed esterna, affacciata su un bosco ai piedi dell’altopiano dello Scilar. Soggiorno ideale sia in inverno che in estate. Torneremo sicuramente.
