Pros: The restaurant serves good food, and the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was a bit small, but the staff were very friendly and service-minded.

Very accommodating staff

Pros: It is always a challenge getting to Lago de Braise in season, but on arrival at the hotel they gave me a bus ticket to the lake, the starting point of my hike. Breakfast also very good.

Cons: Information about getting around could have been better before arrival.

Clean comfortable, great location.

Pros: Amazing location - at the end of a beautiful valley with high mountains all round. Clean, comfortable rooms, great pizza, excellent coffee, good breakfast, friendly helpful staff. Don’t be put off by “road closed” signs on Google maps, etc. - so long as you have a reservation you can go through.

Fantastic location, staff and food!

Pros: The hotel was in a fantastic location and was absolutely lovely! The staff were very helpful even with the language barrier. The room was particularly clean and spacious. I was concerned about the options for food based on the previous reviews, however, the food was exceptional and you could also choose from the pizzeria menu if there wasn’t something to your liking. Free wifi was also a massive plus!

Pros: Unique hotel with old fashioned interior. The room was good, big enough, the view around the hotel was stunning and relaxing.

Pros: Location is amazing, staff were lovely and made such a great effort with us! Pizza from restaurant was very good!

Cons: Have to pay 40euro to use sauna so bare in mind when booking

Pros: Property was well located for various Dolomites hikes and activities. The staff were friendly and the food exceptional.

A room with a beautiful view. Prices need adjusting

Pros: Good breakfast selection Not a busy location Staff were great and attentive

Cons: The rooms did not match the feeling of the hotel foyer and entrance. Rooms felt like it needed an update. Bathroom was not clean. Hair still in shower. Not great value for money at all. Felt ripped off for what we paid.
