Pros: This hotel was chosen for its proximity to Tre Cime. The bar downstairs was a godsend after a days hiking. It was central to Dobbiaco, Cinque Torri and Cortina.

Hotel with beautiful location in the Dolomites
Pros: Hotel has a beautiful location with best views to Cristallo. Rooms were comfortable and big.
Cons: Breakfast buffet was not the best. The shower door was broken and had to ask to get it repaired. They did a temporary fix but it broke again a few days later.

Pros: Gorgeous position. Stunning views. Helpful and friendly staff. Buffet dinner and breakfast were very good. It was lovely hearing the cow's bells ringing as they grazed in the next paddock.

Clean, friendly and relaxing
Pros: A lovely relaxing, very clean and comfortable place with lovely, helpful staff.
Cons: Note, I missed their written suggestion that it's not ideal for people without a car. It was just a ten minute walk from the bus stop but along the edge of the road. Okay if you have a backpack. Unfortunately I also needed to get laundry done so I had to backtrack to ten minutes south of Cortina D'Ampezzo for a laundromat and the buses are not regular enough. Something to think about for your planning!

easy access to attractions
Pros: 10mins drive to Misurina, 25mins drive to the Rifugio Auronzo, too bad we didn't have time to enjoy the farm and breakfast. we left at 5. the beds are comfortable.
Cons: you have to check in online. the form is bit long which was my first time to meet this issue. Complicated, especially when we are outside the network is not working well from time to time. the basin is little bit block. you can not close the window, very cold when taking shower.

Very friendly and helpful staff, hotel in a beautiful location
Pros: The location of the hotel is stunning and the staff were excellent. We arrived late in the evening and were still able to have a meal in the restaurant, which was buffet style and perfect for what we needed. Breakfast was also good. There were a few issues with our room but the staff very quickly sorted them out.
Cons: The room was large and a good enough space fir a family of four, however it was on the top floor so the design meant there weren’t really any windows to look out of which made it feel a bit enclosed. we were only there for a short stay so it didn’t matter but if we were staying longer we’d prefer a different room.

Not horrible, but breakfast buffet was disappointing and definitely needs investing
Pros: Localisation good to visit Lago di Braies, clean rooms and bathrooms, friendly staff at the reception.
Cons: Breakfast buffet was ok, but no fresh vegetables, at least some tomatoes and cucumbers would make the difference. Ready made tea and coffee did taste not great. I am a coffee drinker, and as we were in Italy or anywhere in europe, I would atleast expect a coffee machine not a big thermal container with a keg to poor out just plain American watered down coffee. ! This was a huge disappointment as this is something id just expect at any hotel or stay ! One of the staff members was particularly arrogant and rude. Some people were making their food and left a bagel sandwich to eat for later, and got looks and told not to take food for takeaway, told to eat it now, when they were clearly full. This ended up wasting food and a lack of flexibility and hospitality.

OK stay for high season price
Pros: The hotel is in a pine forest which is great if you like a little privacy, and close to the local bus lines. The mountain views were spectacular and our room was OK. The morning breakfast staff was very kind and friendly and everything went smoothly when checking- in and -out.
Cons: Our windows was just next to the kitchen exhaust pipe so when the window was open, it smelled like kitchen in there. There were also dead baby birds on the roof below our window.

charm, view on the mountains, quiet area, high comfort
Pros: Rooms are spacious, location is great in the forest, breakfast buffet is diversified, good quality ! great rooms to sit near the bar ! the diner buffet is also of high quality, sufficient choice, and the staff is very attentive that you don't miss anything
