Pros: Everything was great. There were just no slippers in the room.

Perfect and memorable stay!

Pros: We cannot recommend this hotel highly enough for anyone looking to stay in Bolzano. The staff were so kind and accommodating and the hotel itself has incredible facilities and beautiful, spacious rooms. The free use of public transport is a huge added bonus making it super easy to get into town, and the breakfast was outstanding. We were blown away with the beauty of this hotel and would love to come again in future.

Cons: Nothing, our stay was perfect.

Loved our stay here I would recommend this hotel

Pros: The hotel was beautiful It was a little bit out of the town centre but suited us because we like to walk The hotel was in a lovely setting and the hotel decor was beautiful The room was very clean and comfortable I would recommend it

Cons: The young tall girl on reception was very short with us in the 7 weeks of travelling through Italy this was by far the most unfriendly welcome we have had to a hotel which was a shame she forgot to tell us we had been upgraded until we checked out but the rest of the staff were very friendly

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was very well organized, the staff was friendly and professional, and the atmosphere was calm and welcoming. We were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade, which made our experience even better the room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had a great view. The entire stay was smooth and relaxing. We truly appreciated the attention to detail and the quality of the service. Highly recommended, and we’d love to come back!

Pros: It’s super nice. The staff are very friendly and our room has great view. It’s not close to the city center but the hotel gives welcome present of free public transport tickets during our stay, so it’s convenient even if you travel without a car. The breakfast is also very good.

A very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Pros: The room is big and clean, with convenient layout. Its restaurant is beautiful with a garden setting, with lots of greenery and overlooking vineyards. The blooming jasmines in the garden adds to the aroma. There are many beautiful flowers blooming in the hotel environment too.
